My download is not working — what do I do?
Go to Dashboard → Purchases and click Download again. If it still fails, email us with your order ID and we will fix it within a few hours.
How long does listing approval take?
Our team reviews new listings within 24–48 hours on working days. You will receive an email once approved or if changes are needed.
When do I get paid as a seller?
Payouts are processed on request. Your balance will be transferred via UPI or bank transfer once you request it from your dashboard.
Can I get a refund?
Due to the digital nature of our products, refunds are only issued for duplicate purchases or technical issues preventing access. Email us to review your case.
How do I update my listing?
Go to Dashboard → My Listings and click the Edit button next to any listing to update the title, description, price or cover image.
I forgot my password — how do I reset it?
Click "Forgot password" on the login page and enter your registered email. You will receive a reset link within a few minutes.
