What is the CraftedDocs Referral Program?
The CraftedDocs referral program rewards you for bringing new sellers to the platform. Every seller account gets a unique referral link. When someone signs up through your link and gets 10 of their listings approved and live on the marketplace, you earn a reward in your payout wallet.
There is no limit on how many people you can refer — and rewards keep coming as long as your referred sellers hit their milestones.
How the Reward Works

Important: Rewards are based on approved listings only — not pending or rejected ones. Only listings with status Approved or Featured count towards the 10-listing threshold.
How to Find Your Referral Link
- Log in to CraftedDocs
- Go to Dashboard → Referrals tab
- Your unique referral link is shown in the dark card at the top — it looks like: crafteddocs.com/sell?ref=yourname-7
- Click Copy Link to copy it to your clipboard
- Click Share on WhatsApp to share directly with a pre-written message
The Referral Dashboard
Your Referrals tab shows you everything in real time:
- Total Referred — how many people have signed up through your link
- In Progress — referred sellers who have signed up but not yet hit 10 approved listings
- Rewards Earned — number of referrals where the reward has been unlocked
- Total Earned — total rupees earned from the referral program
Below the stats card is a table of all your referred sellers with a progress bar showing how many of their 10 listings have been approved so far (e.g. 6/10). You can track each person's journey towards unlocking your reward.
How the Referral Cookie Works
When someone clicks your referral link, a 30-day cookie is stored in their browser. This means:
- They do not have to sign up immediately — if they click your link today and register two weeks later, your referral is still tracked
- The cookie works across browsers on the same device
- If they clear cookies or switch devices, the referral tracking may not carry over
This 30-day window gives you plenty of time to follow up with people you have referred and encourage them to complete their registration.
Best Ways to Share Your Referral Link
WhatsApp groups
The most effective channel in India. Share in your college batch groups, department groups and study communities. A message like: "If you have good notes or templates, you can sell them here and earn money — I do it too. Sign up with my link: [your link]"
Instagram bio
Add your referral link to your Instagram bio with text like "Sell your notes here" — everyone who visits your profile sees it.
YouTube
If you create study content on YouTube, mention CraftedDocs and your referral link in video descriptions.
College notice boards (digital)
Many college communities have digital notice boards on WhatsApp or Telegram. Post there with your referral link.
Direct messages
Think of classmates who always have great notes or templates. Message them directly and explain how they can earn money from their work.
Where Do Referral Earnings Go?
Referral rewards are added directly to your payout wallet balance — the same wallet as your sales earnings. They are included in your available balance and can be withdrawn in your next payout request along with your sales earnings.
Referral Program Rules
- You cannot refer yourself
- Each person can only be referred once — if they sign up without your link, they cannot be linked to your referral later
- Only approved and featured listings count towards the 10-listing milestone
- No sales commission — rewards are purely listing-based
- Rewards are paid in Rs.20 increments for the first 100 referrals, then Rs.2 per referral
