What are Seller Badges on CraftedDocs?
Seller badges are achievement labels automatically awarded based on your sales performance. They appear on your listings in the marketplace, on your product pages and on your public seller profile — helping buyers identify trustworthy, high-performing sellers at a glance.
Badges are earned automatically — no application needed. They are recalculated every time you make a sale or receive a review.
All 5 Seller Badges Explained
Elite Seller
How to earn: Reach 500 total sales across all your listings.
Badge colour: Purple
What it means: You are one of the top-performing sellers on CraftedDocs with a proven track record. This is the highest badge available.
Pro Seller
How to earn: Reach 200 total sales across all your listings.
Badge colour: Teal
What it means: You have established yourself as a serious seller with consistent quality and volume.
Top Seller
How to earn: Reach 50 total sales across all your listings.
Badge colour: Amber
What it means: You have proven demand for your content. Buyers trust Top Sellers more than new accounts.
Rising Star
How to earn: Get 10 or more sales within your first 90 days on CraftedDocs.
Badge colour: Blue
What it means: You are a new seller with strong early momentum. This badge is temporary — it disappears after your first 90 days regardless of sales count.
Verified
How to earn: Manually verified by the CraftedDocs admin team.
Badge colour: Green
What it means: Your identity and/or expertise has been verified by our team. Contact support if you believe you qualify for verification.
Where Do Badges Appear?
- Marketplace product cards — small badge pills shown below the seller name on every card in search results, the homepage and related products
- Product page — shown in the seller info card on the right side of every listing page
- Seller profile page — displayed prominently in your profile header below your name
- Your dashboard — visible in your Profile and Settings tab so you can track your progress

Buyers on CraftedDocs often make decisions based on trust signals. A seller with a Top Seller or Pro Seller badge is more likely to get the sale over an unknown seller with the same listing — even at the same price.

How to Earn Your First Badge Faster
- Upload quality listings — well-formatted, complete files with clear descriptions get more sales faster
- Add free preview files — listings with previews convert at 2-3x the rate of listings without
- Share on WhatsApp — share your seller profile link in relevant groups for your subject area
- Create coupon codes — a launch discount drives your first batch of sales quickly
- Use your referral link — referring other sellers earns wallet credits that supplement your income while building sales
- Price competitively — check what similar listings sell for and price within that range
Badge Calculation
Badges are calculated from your total sales across all listings combined. For example, if you have 5 listings each with 10 sales, your total is 50 sales and you earn the Top Seller badge.
The Rising Star badge uses your account creation date — it is available for the first 90 days only, and requires at least 10 sales in that window.
