Once a purchase is confirmed and the download link is delivered, the transaction is final and non-refundable.
If your download fails or access is unavailable due to a technical issue on our end, we will fix it immediately.

CraftedDocs sells digital goods. Unlike physical products, digital documents can be copied and retained even after a refund is processed. This is consistent with standard practice for digital content platforms worldwide and is permitted under the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 for digital goods delivered immediately upon payment.
The moment your payment is confirmed, a download link is generated and made available in your dashboard under "My Purchases". At this point, the content has been delivered.

Every document listing includes a title, description, subject, level, page count, and tags. Review these before purchasing.
Look at the star rating and reviews from previous buyers to judge quality.
Make sure the document matches your curriculum level (School, Undergraduate, Postgraduate, Competitive exam).

While we do not issue monetary refunds, we will take action in the following situations:
If your download link does not work, or you cannot access a document you have purchased due to a bug or server error on our side, we will fix the issue immediately and ensure you can download your purchase. Contact us with your order reference at contact@crafteddocs.com.
If a document is materially different from its description (e.g. advertised as 50 pages but contains only 5 pages, or listed under the wrong subject), we will:
If you accidentally purchased the same document twice, contact us within 24 hours at contact@crafteddocs.com with both order references. We will review the case and may issue a refund for the duplicate charge at our discretion.
If you believe a purchase was made on your account without your authorisation, contact us immediately. We will investigate and coordinate with our payment processor as needed.

Sellers are paid their 80% revenue share on a weekly basis after orders are confirmed. If a buyer dispute results in a refund being granted by CraftedDocs, the corresponding seller payout for that transaction may be withheld or deducted from future payouts. Sellers are notified by email in such cases.
This Refund Policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Indian courts.
