1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you") and CraftedDocs ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform"). By accessing or using crafteddocs.com, registering an account, purchasing or uploading documents, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use CraftedDocs. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 13 years of age to use CraftedDocs.
• If you are under 18, you must have consent from a parent or legal guardian.
• By using the platform, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• You may not create more than one account per person.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Registration

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating your account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activity under your account.

3.2 Account security

You must notify us immediately at contact@crafteddocs.com if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. We are not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account use when you have failed to notify us.

3.3 Account termination

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or cause harm to other users or the platform, without prior notice.

4. Buyer Terms

4.1 Purchases

All purchases on CraftedDocs are for personal, non-commercial, educational use only. When you purchase a document you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and download it for your own study purposes.

4.2 Instant delivery

Digital documents are delivered instantly after payment confirmation. A download link is immediately available in your dashboard under "My Purchases".

4.3 Prohibited use by buyers

• You must not redistribute, resell, or share purchased documents publicly
• You must not upload purchased documents to file-sharing sites
• You must not use purchased documents to submit as your own academic work (academic plagiarism)
• You must not attempt to circumvent any download protection

5. Seller Terms

5.1 Eligibility to sell

Any registered user may list documents for sale. By uploading a document you represent that:

• You are the original creator and sole owner of the document
• The document does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights
• The document does not contain plagiarised content, copied textbook material, or copyrighted exam papers
• The document is accurate, complete, and as described
• The document does not contain harmful, offensive, or illegal content

5.2 Content review

All uploaded documents are reviewed by our team before being made available for sale. We reserve the right to reject or remove any document at our sole discretion without giving a reason.

5.3 Revenue share

Sellers receive 80% of each sale price. The platform retains 5% as a service fee. Payouts are processed weekly to the UPI ID or bank account registered in your dashboard. You are responsible for declaring and paying any applicable taxes on your earnings.

5.4 Prohibited content

• Copied or reproduced textbook chapters, journal articles, or copyrighted materials
• Official exam papers (JEE, NEET, UPSC, university papers) unless you hold the rights
• Documents containing personal information of third parties
• False, misleading, or deceptive descriptions
• Any content that is illegal under Indian law or the laws of any applicable jurisdiction

5.5 Seller liability

Sellers are solely responsible for the content they upload. If a seller's document causes a copyright claim, legal dispute, or buyer complaint, CraftedDocs reserves the right to remove the document, withhold pending payouts, and pursue the seller for any costs incurred.

6. Intellectual Property

CraftedDocs and its logo, design, and original content are the intellectual property of CraftedDocs and may not be copied or used without written permission. Documents sold on the platform remain the intellectual property of their respective sellers. CraftedDocs does not claim ownership of seller-uploaded content.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to hack, scrape, or reverse-engineer the platform
• Upload malware, viruses, or malicious code
• Create fake reviews or manipulate ratings
• Harass, abuse, or threaten other users
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent bans or restrictions
• Use automated tools to access the platform without permission

8. Payments & Pricing

All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (₹) unless otherwise stated. Payments are processed securely via Razorpay or PayPal. CraftedDocs does not store card numbers or banking credentials. Pricing is set by sellers and may change at any time; the price displayed at checkout is the final price.

9. Refunds

Please refer to our separate Refund Policy for full details. In summary: due to the instant digital delivery nature of documents, all sales are final. No refunds are issued after a purchase is completed and the download link has been delivered.

10. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

CraftedDocs is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, CraftedDocs shall not be liable for:

• Inaccuracies in user-uploaded documents
• Loss of data or access due to technical issues
• Academic consequences resulting from use of platform content
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind

Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific transaction giving rise to the claim.

11. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of CraftedDocs shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India. We encourage users to contact us at contact@crafteddocs.com to resolve disputes amicably before initiating formal proceedings.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email at least 7 days before they take effect. The date at the top of this page always reflects the most recent version.
